**What is the opportunity?**
The RBC Dominion Securities branch located in Winnipeg is seeking a Client Service Associate to deliver concierge level service for a high performing Advisory Team.

You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

**What will you do?**
- Elevate the client experience, ensuring seamless onboarding and consistent touchpoints that align with our client service plan.
- Support special events with clients, prospects, and other internal and external partners: bookings, guest lists, hosting, etc.
- Coordinate and prepare meetings for the Advisor with their clients and prospects.
- Help manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and other partners.
- Support the Advisor team and clients through the Wealth Management process and maintain audit of Wealth Management Activities and priorities. Coordinate calendars, bookings, and project management activities.
- Assist with marketing activities, including maintaining the team’s website and LinkedIn, and the distribution of brochures and newsletters.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Strong, demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and efficiency skills
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) or willing to complete within the first year of employment

**Nice-to-have**
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role
- Customer service experience
