SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSABILITIES

Under the leadership of the Team lead, Communications and Acquisitions programs, the Brand Manager will be responsible for the delivery of Mass campaigns and Acquisition programs (initiatives) in Ontario and Quebec. He/she will be responsible to ensure all customer-facing communications are aligned with marketing strategies as well as ensuring branding consistency across all advertising and communications. Furthermore, he/she will act as the link between the different stakeholders (internal partners & external agencies).

The mandate will encompass working with the other members of the Marketing and Sales team to support strategies that highlight the Cogeco brand; bring attention to all that Cogeco does for the community and create consistent messages in the market with an Acquisition focus (product benefits). Furthermore, he/she will develop various campaigns, aligning the creative/messages to what the customer pain points will be and insights. It will involve working with different internal stakeholders like marketing for customer insights, community teams to explore new opportunities, the Branding team for consistency and the media team for campaings deliveries/tactics. It’s responsibilities include all aspects of the delivery; from briefing to verifying different formats/contents, to postmortems while ensuring delivery is on time and on budget.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES- LEAD for all the acquisition campaign deliveries with the agencies - alignment with our Media plans, to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and per briefs - both on and offline. Also must ensure it’s aligned to our Cogeco brand guidelines and standards and organization’s priorities-
- Active member in contribution in the strategic planning session with our internal partners-
- Responsible for entire projects or processes within the job area.-
- Responsible for supporting the ALT sales channels with customer facing pieces - the support of the stores, the D2D channel, MDU, etc. All the while ensuring the consistency of messaging aligned to current campaigns and offers and in accordance with the Cogeco brand platform.-
- Be an active member in the development and delivery of customer support documentation in regards to campaigns, in order to share with necessary stakeholders-
- Make yourself available to our internal (marketing, web, data, other Marcom team members) and external (creative agency, media agency) for general support-
- Manage the overall messaging/campaign calendar to ensure coverage and consistency- KEY REQUIREMENTS

Education- Bachelor Degree, certificate of equivalency in marketing, communications or similar field.- Work experience- At least 8-10 years experience in a similar role, delivering customer campaigns (360)-
- Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time, with different timelines amongst different teams-
- Knowledge of the importance of brand and the different touchpoint sequences-
- General curiosity on how to improve the everyday and find new ways of working for improved collaboration-
- Ability to adapt to change and open minded to experiment with new procedures and processes.- Competencies- A must : Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and French-
- Familiar with the Telco industry (strong asset)-
- Attention to detail when reviewing creative-
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks at once-
- Ability to prioritize projects based on overall business needs-
- Works independently with limited supervision-
