The West One Real Estate Team with Oakwyn Realty Northwest is looking for a **Marketing Manager (Maternity Leave Coverage)** to join our team of hardworking and quirky real estate agents. This is a fixed term contract role for a minimum of 12 months with the option to extend part-time or full-time for a maximum of 18 months. This role will begin in January 2023.

**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Managing Broker and Principal of West One Real Estate Marketing, you will play a key role in our real estate team by overseeing all of the marketing materials created for our various brands. You will also oversee and manage our Digital Content Producer who is responsible for creating our photography and video content for our various social media channels.

**What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like**:

- Create and assist in marketing budget tracking and management for various projects
- Manage content scheduling, events and marketing related appointments with team members
- Work with outside suppliers and contractors (printers, technical partners, signage companies, photographers and video companies, etc.)
- Create graphics for listing brochures, flyers, signage, web ads, social media posts
- Closely follow and overseeing multiple brand guidelines ensure a high level of execution
- Update and creating various website content with the ability to problem solve
- Develop marketing strategies for current and future projects
- Maintain professional client relationships with developers, charity partners & brokerage staff

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 5 to 10 years of graphic design and marketing project management experience
- Experience in the real estate or real development industry required
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Strong time management skills, deadline-oriented and results-driven and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
- You have an extremely keen eye for details, to align with brand guides
- Ability to incorporate constructive feedback into your own creative vision.
- Knowledge of creating and overseeing content specific to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.
- Expert knowledge of Graphic Design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Video and photography experience, considered a large asset
- Access to a vehicle with a flexible schedule
- Must be located within the Greater Vancouver area.
- When not coming to our office for meetings, this will be considered primarily a work from home role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $57,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
