Toyotetsu Canada Inc. (TTCA) is a Tier 1 Automotive Parts Supplier to Toyota Manufacturing Facilities located in the heart of Norfolk County. We utilize state of the art technology to ensure our automotive parts are assembled with a high degree of quality.

**Job Summary**

The Specialist will be responsible for inventory movement at TTCA. This includes ordering raw material and supplier parts (North America & Overseas), scheduling production in Stamping and welding, and inventory control through physical counts and analysis. The Specialist will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations while promoting a team environment and improving all methods. This position is a salary, day shift position.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Ordering raw materials to meet customer requirements.
- Managing inventory levels utilizing current processes.
- Audit and maintain tools for our processes.
- Customer service and creating shipping documents including BOL and customs.
- Additional tasks as they arise to support Production Control.
- Support and back up for PCL team duties.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that changes quickly.
- Excellent knowledge of scheduling processes that include Kanban, and MRP systems.
- Understanding customer demands, forecast, scheduling and on time delivery.

**Education/Experience Desired**:

- College diploma relevant field and/or equivalent education and experience.
- Production control experience in automotive manufacturing preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office including EXCEL.
- Knowledge and experience using AS400 system and PLEX ERP.
- Performance skills (accuracy with detail, planning and organizing).

Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
