Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. You will work closely with the production team to meet production targets and maintain a safe working environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team
- Set production goals and monitor progress to ensure targets are met
- Develop and implement production schedules and prioritize workflow
- Train new employees on production processes and safety procedures
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among employees
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
- **Previous Countertop manufacturing experience is Highly Desirable.**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
- Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and reporting
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
