- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Remove bones from meat
- Cut poultry into parts
- Grind meats
- Make special sausages
- Slice cooked meats
- Prepare special orders
- Prepare special displays of meat
- Poultry and fish products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
- Clean meat to prepare for processing or cutting
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Weigh meats for sale
- Price meat products
- Sell meats to customers
- Supervise other butchers
- Meat cutters and fishmongers
- Train meat cutters
Equipment and Machinery Experience
Sausage machine, slicing machine, Band saw, Manuel cutting utensil, Power grinder
1 vacancy available for the position
Minimum 2 years of experience
Languages: English & Spanish
Position starts at $27.00 working 40 hours/week
Legally able to work in Canada
