Job Summary:
Real Chemistry is looking for a Medical Data Analyst to join our growing team

conversationHEALTH, part of Real Chemistry, leverages SaaS products and consulting in the mission of transforming healthcare from what it is to what it should be. In powering millions of AI conversations, we are helping pharmaceutical and biotech companies reimagine how they engage healthcare Practitioners, patients, and consumers. conversationHEALTH was built to drive engagement, help educate, and support health stakeholders, all of which are critical to ensuring successful health outcomes. As an integral member of conversationHEALTH, the Medical Data Analyst is part of the Taxonomy Team and collaborates with cross-functional teams across conversationHEALTH to help bridge the gap between medical content and technology. The core responsibilities for this role requires a high level of detail-oriented work in a wide-range of platforms, and the ability to pivot and adapt to new learnings and environments. The Medical Data Analyst brings its medical knowledge and understanding of our technology to train virtual agents with the goal of a high natural language understanding (NLU) accuracy.

The Medical Data Analyst also works closely with the Data & Insights Team for analysis of the agent’s performance and the enhancement of conversationHealth's taxonomy platform, specifically Master Taxonomy.

This role can be remote in the Toronto area.

What you’ll do:
- Develop product taxonomies (conversationHealth’s proprietary information architecture) according to conversation Health’s best practices and processes by creating, cleaning, and organizing training data.- Support live conversational AI agents’ maintenance, ensuring upkeep of product performance, and accuracy via regularly scheduled maintenance cycles.- Help shape data models and inspire data-driven decisions within conversationHEALTH to advance analytics strategies.- Work collaboratively with internal teams to translate business requirements into project deliverables.This position is a perfect fit for you if:

What you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health, pharma, or nursing with 1+ years of professional experience.- Past data analytics experience or data analytics certification is preferred, but not required.- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to use Google Sheets, MS Office Suite, data visualization tools, etc.- Detail oriented with a high standard for excellence.- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within your team and with cross-functional teams.
