Are you an experienced sign installer with an electrical background? Do you take pride in your hands-on work and enjoy seeing the results of your efforts? If so, Outreach Signs in Oliver BC is looking for an Installation Technician to join our team

As an Outreach Sign Installation Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, providing a diverse and engaging work environment. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining our outreach sign service truck, performing on-site repairs and maintenance of signage, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Key Qualifications**:
1. **Technical Proficiency**: You should have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of outreach sign installation, repair, and maintenance. You must also be comfortable working with various signage materials and equipment.

2. **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and dedication to completing all outreach signage repairs and installations to the highest standards is essential.

3. **Communication Skills**: Effective communication is key. You should be capable of engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing recommendations when needed.

4. **Electrical/Trade Expertise**: Possession of electrical or other trade certifications and proficiencies would be considered advantageous.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain the outreach sign service truck, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and stocked materials and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and providing recommendations.
- Perform on-site repair and maintenance of outreach signage, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Conduct electrical and lighting work related to signage, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all completed work.
- Assist in production and other company projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Current Electrical certification
- Previous experience in sign installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, effectively prioritizing tasks.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
