**The Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join AOT Technologies. As a QA Tester, you will oversee and participate in the development, execution, and maintenance of test plans and automation test scripts.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework & approach across project and product teams
- Oversee technological execution of the recommended automation solution roadmap across project teams
- Determine reasons for failures during test automation runs and communicate to appropriate stakeholders
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software meets specified requirements and standards
- Identify, isolate, and document defects in a clear and concise manner, including root cause analysis
- Write automated front end test cases
- Write automated API test cases

**Requirements and qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing
- Well-rounded understanding of all test types (functional/non-functional) and delivery methodologies
- Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment
- Experience in test automation using Cypress integrated to DevOps pipeline
- Experience with Postman and SOAP UI
- Experience in test automation using Selenium (optional)
