**General Laborers - Field Team Members**
**Office in **Burnaby**, BC**
**Part-Time & Flexible Shifts Available (weekday & weekend)**
**Pay**: $18-$27/hr (Base wage, profit share, and tips all in) with regular pay increases based on experience, responsibilities and performance.

**What you’ll be doing as a Field Team Member**:

- **Customer Service**: WOWing every customer with a friendly, positive attitude and exceptional service
- **Truck Operations**: Safe driving and loading of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks with a team member (so a valid standard driver’s license is required)
- **Junk Removal**: Heavy and light lifting required for removal of "junk" from residential and commercial client locations (i.e. couches, chairs, appliances, recyclables, debris, yard, and garage junk)
- **Marketing**: Enthusiastically advocate for our brand to all you meet and encounter
- **Sales**: Providing estimates to customers that call us for quotes to have items removed and educating them on how we safely dispose of, recycle, and/or donate what we can to keep as much out of landfills as possible - because we all need to care about our planet.
- **Safety**: Commitment to the safe and professional navigation and driving of trucks and intelligent and efficient loading & unloading of customers’ belongings.
- **Professional & Uniformed**: We always wear uniforms and provide you with what you need (shirts, sweaters, coats, hats, gloves) to represent 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and make a great impression.

**Qualifications**:

- 21+ years of age (for insurance purposes)
- A valid standard driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Available 1 day over the weekends
- Reliable, hard-working, and a great attitude
- Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience an asset (but not required)
- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
