Junior Estimator

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist with the preparation, submission, and delivery of construction proposals, tenders, pre-qualifications, and estimates
- Gathering relevant information and data to assist the Estimation team
- Assist with reviewing drawings, designs, and specifications so accurate estimates can be developed
- Assists with the quantity take-offs using Bassi’s standard costing models
- Assists in the Preparation sub-trade tender packages
- Keep abreast of all potential market opportunities both in the short and long term; keeping positive relationships to ensure Bassi is top of mind when an opportunity comes to market
- Attend and Participate in the Estimation team meetings.
- Other duties as assigned

**Experience**:

- construction estimating: 3 years (preferred)
