CROFTON Licensed Security Officers needed-With Persons with Security Responsibilities Training

Persons with Security Responsibilities (PWSR) program **covers the necessary training components to fulfill Section 307 of Canada's Marine Transportation Security Regulations' requirements**

Permanent Full Time and Part Time
- Days, evenings and Overnight shift needed

Rate: $21.00 per hour plus premium for all shifts.

Footprints Security is seeking Security Officers with valid BC Security Worker’s License to join our growing team in a permanent, part time or full-time or part-time Security Guard positions.

General Responsibilities:

- Observe, record, and report activities and security incidents while on shift
- Ensure client property and personnel are secure and follow site-specific instructions
- Control access to site
- Monitor and record vehicle activity
- Monitor Card Access
- Other administration duties as assigned
- Security Officer positioned in a stationary Security Gate House
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- A valid BC Security Worker’s License is required
- PWSR Certification (Persons with Security Responsibility)
- Desirable or will train
- A valid Class 5 Drivers License is considered an asset work site is in Duke Point
- Flexible availability: ability to work day, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts covering all days of the week and holidays
- At least 1 year of experience in the security industry
- Ability to use smartphones with ease
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to write clear and concise incident reports
- A calm demeanor and sound decision-making skills
- Fluency in English
