**Responsibilities**:
1. **Prospect and Generate Leads**: Identify potential customers through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and in store walk-ins.

2. **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our pool and hot tub products, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.

3. **Consultative Selling**: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with their lifestyle and preferences.

4. **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products, highlighting key features and benefits that set Mermaid Pools and Hot Tubs apart.

5. **Negotiation and Closing**: Effectively negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

6. **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional post-sale support to foster long-term partnerships.

**Requirements**:
1. **Proven Sales Experience**: Minimum of 1 years in a commission-based sales role, preferably in the home and leisure industry is an asset, comprehensive training is provided.

2. **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for successful customer interactions and collaboration with the team.

3. **Flexibility**: Must be willing to travel between multiple store locations.

4. **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, set goals, and meet deadlines. A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

6. **Passion for the Industry**: A genuine interest in pools and hot tubs, with a willingness to continuously learn about new products and innovations.
