Carpenter/handyman

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with other team members or contractors as needed for larger projects.
- Document completed work and any materials used for record-keeping purposes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while on the job site.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks.
- Valid driver's license is a plus; reliable transportation is required.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
