**As part of your daily work, you would have to**:
- Assist in developing industry leading training content using PowerPoint that will be used in both instructor led and web-based learning environments
- Develop a deep knowledge of our products, and the systems and components used on the products we manufacture
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
- Proficient in setting up and maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Travel to customer locations to train their technicians
- Assist with content review and creation of training materials on the new products our company is working on
- Assist with training new Field Service Technicians on our products
- Consistently adhere to our branding and marketing standards
- Assist in the creation of instruction “how to” videos
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**What you’ll need to succeed**:
- College degree in automotive or bachelor’s degree in training and development (any other relevant field will be considered)
- 5 + years of experience in a technical training role (automotive related is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Knowledgeable about safe work practices, Lock Out Tag Out, and Hight Voltage Safety
- Proficient in setting up and maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Attention to details
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work on and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability work cross-departmentally
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, credibility, and act with integrity
- A self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
- **In this role, traveling is required to deliver in person training**
