Parts Advisor

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team. The Parts Advisor will assist customers in purchasing automotive parts and accessories, providing exceptional customer service and expertise in the process.

**Duties**:

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of available parts and accessories inventory
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and orders
- Provide sales support by recommending additional products that meet customer needs
- Organize and market parts displays to enhance visibility and sales
- Process transactions accurately, including cashiering duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process

**Qualifications**
**- **Experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor an asset
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Prior experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage parts inventory effectively
- Knowledge of automotive parts terminology and functions
- Ability to handle cashiering responsibilities with accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
