Your Opportunity: Project Manager / Estimator - Civil Earthworks - Pipeline

Join a young, dynamic growing company as a full-time project manager / estimator for our pipeline group. Scope of work includes:
1. Pipeline integrity digs / hotline work

2. Pipeline remediation (e.g. exposed lines, repair settled RoW / depressions)

3. Plant site / tank earthworks (berms, drainage, maintenance)

4. Access road & facility site construction and maintenance

5. Right of way clearing and maintenance

6. Emergency Response - oil spills

7. Pipeline abandonment

8. Air to Surface Risers (excavate, sandblast, inspect, coat/wrap, backfill)

Key aspects of this position - you will:
1. Work remotely at your office or locally - your choice - one of our principles is go and see - so you will be expected to travel to project sites. We are setup with team meetings and shared drives to let you work where your computer is.

2. Live within 2 hours of Boyle, Alberta

3. Help us build & improve our project management systems - tools and processes

You will bring:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Strong understanding of quality requirements, process and execution
- 5 plus years experience in estimating and project management in civil construction around pipelines

Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or PMP Certification is an an asset
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to use PM tools like bid to win and MS Project
- Conflict resolution / risk mitigation skills
- High energy, positive attitude and patience
- Ability to work concurrently on several different projects ranging from $50,000 to over $1,000,000
- Ability to consistently produce accurate, high-quality work
- Knowledge of our local market

**Salary**: $80,994.16-$140,022.56 per year
