We are a fast paced on water Powersport and marine dealership that is always growing. We sell fun recreational products

Exoerience not required but would be an asset. Need a mechanical background.

- Powersport (Polaris and Suzuki) pdi and service
- Installation of accessories
- Marine Rigging and PDI

Schedule:

- 8.5-hour shift / 5 days per week.
- Alternating Saturday Shifts required

**Experience**:

- Lightspeed software experience a bonus (not required)

Basics:

- Applicant must live within commuting distance (30 minutes)
- Have own basic tools
- Own steel toed shoes or boots
- Must be able to use a ladder
- Must be able to lift over 35 lbs

**Duties**:

- Powersport PDI, service and maintenance
- Marine rigging
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on marine
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with engines, electrical systems, and other components.
- Conduct inspections to identify any potential problems or areas of concern.
- Install, repair, and replace parts and equipment as needed.
- Test and adjust systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a marine technician or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in marine repair.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.

Expected hours: 42 - 46 per week
