**About the work environment**:
Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start & end times.

**About you**:
**About you / qualifications**:

- 3+ years of nCino administration experience with a focus on system configuration and design
- Experienced in Agile and Scrum product development methodologies, and in agile estimation and using agile backlog management tools such as Jira & Confluence.
- nCino Administrator Certification a plus
- Certified Salesforce Administrator, required

**About the day-to-day**:

- Participate in agile rituals such as stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Be the primary point of contact for all things technical related to the development & management of functionality on our nCino platform
- New Features & Enhancements
- Solution for new features & functionality using nCino & Salesforce best practices
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes.
- Design, document, build, test, and deploy enhancements to nCino/Salesforce custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports, and complex dashboards
- Design, document, build, test, and deploy integrations utilized by nCino/Salesforce to internal and external services
- Ongoing Operational Support
- Develop and maintain operational processes to improve overall system quality and integrity and ensure ongoing maintenance
- Maintaining user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings
