**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide professional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to clients.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Upsell hair care products and additional services to enhance the client experience.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and shaving.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with clients positively.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to promote products effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$60.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
