As an Admission Advisor you will serve your community by helping people enroll in career training programs for in-demand jobs with local employers. You will
- Meeting with prospective learners and conducting admissions interviews, to explore their backgrounds in terms of education, employment and desired career path
- Providing sales and product information to prospective learners
- Responding to all inquiries, referrals and walk in
- Explaining program learning outcomes, including course information, tuition, learning environment, job market and prerequisites
- Employ motivational strategies, through promoting features and benefits of AOLCC and their programming
- Explaining funding options to prospective learners
- Liaising with funding agencies and other community stakeholders
- Working with other campus staff to provide an excellent learning experience to our clients
- Enrolling learners, with support from finance team and admissions coordinators
- Creating and maintaining an excellent relationships with students, leading to referral business
- Using a lead management system to stay on top of all leads
- Tracking and reporting on weekly activities and KPIs
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets such as: completing 80-100 dials daily, minimum 8 interviews per week and 2-3 referrals per week by creating relationships with domestic and/or international students

**The following qualifications will be considered an asset**:

- 2 year diploma in professional sales training, or equivalent with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree. A minimum of 2 years sales performance history with a preference in private post secondary education.
- Experience working with adults in an educational environment

**Provisos**:

- Willingness to work hours in excess of regular shift as required
- Willingness to be available to work days, evenings and weekends as per work schedule provided by VP Sales
- Planning and participating in campus events: Open houses, Information Sessions, trade shows, fairs, booths etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
