Edmonton, Canada Whissell Contracting Full time

**General Responsibilities**:

- Direct equipment operators on grade adjustment to achieve the correct grade for the job
- Identifies hazards on site
- Locates boundaries of the jobsite by measuring distances from reference points
- Correctly use survey equipment to verify the elevation of graded surfaces
- Staking proper horizontal and vertical grade on earthworks projects
- Work with Project Managers and Foremen to solve any on-site issues
- Behavioural Competencies:

- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and hand signals

**Essential Qualifications**:

- 3 or more years of finishing grade or running a Dozer
- High attention to detail required
- Must have your own transportation
- Must have own steel-toes safety boots

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:
