**Insurance Advisor**

Are you a licensed insurance professional looking to make a meaningful impact? CPA Insurance Plans West is seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team in providing comprehensive insurance solutions for CPAs and their families.

We are looking for someone passionate about the insurance industry, who loves engaging with clients, and has a reputation for consistently hitting sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service. As an Insurance Advisor, you’ll promote and educate clients on our insurance offerings to drive the growth of our business.

**Your role**

As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for:

- Assessing individual needs and recommending client-focused insurance solutions.
- Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Building rapport, fostering trust, and creating value through customer interactions.
- Business development and prospecting to generate new sales leads.
- Leveraging strong customer relationships and increasing external networks to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Meeting (video and phone) with clients to understand their goals and insurance needs and recommend specific policies to close sales.
- Promoting a client-first mindset in a digital environment.
- Utilizing tools like ActiveCampaign (CRM) to deepen client relationships.
- Collaborating with colleagues and business partners to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals and targets.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of professional sales experience in the Insurance Industry.
- Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP) required.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strength in adaptability and flexibility.
- Digital literacy using a variety of systems and tools.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong sense of accountability and ability to complete tasks on time.
