**Votre rôle et vos responsabilités**
En tant que Analyste Technique vous participerez aux différentes étapes de déploiement et d’opération de systèmes informatiques. L’Analyste Technique fait partie intégrante d'une de nos équipes des opérations. La personne retenue sera encadrée par les membres de l'équipe des opérations, afin de vivre une vraie expérience collaborative et gagner grandement en expérience dans une FinTech établie et en pleine croissance

Vos rôles et responsabilités:

- Valider les priorités des requêtes et assurer un suivi des demandes;
- Diagnostiquer les billets d’incident des clients à travers un processus de diagnostiques et de résolution d’incident et problème.
- Documenter les bogues et problématiques rencontrés de façon claire et concise dans la billetterie JIRA.
- Participe au transfert des appels de service (dispatch)
- Assister l’équipe à documenter les différentes procédures techniques pour la saine gestion des environnements d’Expertus.
- Travailler conjointement avec les spécialistes d’intégration système et solution sur les outils et processus des opérations.
- Entreprendre des projets de façon autonome afin d’assister l’équipe des opérations;
- Collaborer avec les administrateurs de systèmes et de bases de données à maintenir les environnements technologiques et applicatifs.

Ce rôle peut être effectué en Ontario et au Québec

**Expertise professionnelle et technique requise**
- Linux (niveau fonctionnel)
- Microsoft Windows Server (niveau fonctionnel)
- Cloud/infonuagique (connaissance de base)
- Une vérification de la solvabilité favorable est une exigence pour ce rôle

**Expertise professionnelle et technique privilégié**
- ITSM comme un Wiki ou la suite Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)
- Connaissances en réseautique (VPN, DNS)
- Connaissances SQL (formulation de requêtes)
- Connaissances en scripting (Ansible, Bash, Perl, Powershell)
- Connaissances en Java, Python
- Connaissances en solution de surveillance (Nagios Core, Nagios Xi, Nagios Log Sever, Pagerduty, logstash, elasticsearch)
- Connaissances dans les environnement Windows servers et Linux (AIX, CentOs, RedHat)
- Connaissances des environnement infonuagique AWS
