**Standard Job Duties**
- Set up customer meetings utilizing our showrooms and at client sites
- Call on dealer and reseller partners to expand product offering
- Work with Orders Department on the purchase order and pricing issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned, based on workload and business needs.
- Making product suggestions according to the wants and needs of customers.
- Locating prospective customers, generating them into leads, and eventually converting them into customers
- Using strong research skills and deep product or industry knowledge to answer any questions about the product
- CRM proficiency
- Keeping contact lists and following up with current customers to continue building relationships
- Provide advice to customers regarding products and services
- Explain the use and advantage of the product to customers
- Provide quote prices, warranties, and delivery dates

**Requirements**:

- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong rapport with key decision makers including buyers, merchandise managers, and executive leadership.
- Excellent written, and presentation skills and capability to promote new ideas and products.
- Critical thinking and reasoning to solve problems.
- Goal-oriented, self-starter with excellent time management skills Positive, optimistic personality and Strategic thinker.
- Demonstrated product knowledge and sales abilities. Customer service skills to listen to customers and professionally answer questions or address concerns.
- Strong public speaking skills to present products or services to customers.
- Ability to meet deadlines and sales quotas. Computer proficiency required
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with many levels and types of people
- Capable of managing multiple challenging assignments concurrently
