**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Design of commercial and industrial electrical systems
- Equipment specifications, component selections, and shop drawing reviews
- Coordination with engineering & trades teams for project execution
- Mentoring, coaching, knowledge transfer, and collaboration with junior staff
- On-site reviews, investigation, and client meetings
- Management of team members and projects
- Engineering sales development

**Required Skills**:
The Applicant should demonstrate adequate knowledge and competency in the following areas:

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and Teams Software
- Working knowledge of industry design, building, and safety codes/standards
- Experienced in industrial power system design, equipment selection, and system operation
- Knowledge of drafting standards, drawing/schematic development, and design layouts
- Experience with single line diagrams, fire alarm, raceway plans, grounding, and lighting designs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent English, with strong written and oral communication skills, including technical report writing
- Task oriented, objective, and self-starting
- Able to work effectively and efficiently without direct supervision

**Education, Experience & Qualifications**

Applicants shall meet the following mandatory requirements at minimum, to apply:

- College level Electrical Engineering Technology/Technician diploma, or equivalent
- 4+ year of engineering experience, preferably in the industrial or construction field
- Valid Driver's License
- Able to lawfully work in Canada
- C.E.T. or C.Tech. designation
