About:
**Duties**:
- Assess speech, language, and communication skills in children from 12 months to 18 years of age.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs
- Provide therapy sessions for a variety of communication goals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and other professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Knowledge of various assessment tools and therapy techniques for speech and language disorders
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, required
- Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO), required
- Previous clinical experience working with children is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $90.00-$100.00 per hour
