**Support technique des ventes Développeur**

**Rôle & Responsabilités**
- Apporter des améliorations aux processus d’affaires qui sont durables, réutilisables et quantifiables.
- Mettre au point des stratégies de mise sur le marché pour la prochaine génération de produits et services de télécommunication.
- Recueillir et analyser des données pour lancer, mettre en place, perfectionner et recommander des pratiques d’affaires et des procédures axées sur l’amélioration du service à la clientèle, l’accroissement de la productivité et la réduction des coûts.
- Travailler avec des architectes de logiciels, des architectes de réseau, des responsables de produits et des développeurs pour contribuer à la conception, à l’intégration et au déploiement de logiciels.
- Travailler avec des experts en cybersécurité pour développer des services qui protègent les renseignements confidentiels des clients et des fournisseurs, la propriété intellectuelle et d’autres données essentielles.
- Contribuer à l’évolution continue des pratiques exemplaires et des outils d’adoption et d’optimisation des solutions multinuages et des nuages hybrides.
- Vous associer avec les clients dans une approche de vente stratégique et consultative pour comprendre leurs besoins d’affaires, leurs problèmes, leurs stratégies et leurs priorités.

**Conditions**:

- Vous obtiendrez votre diplôme au printemps 2024 et vous êtes actuellement en voie d’obtenir un baccalauréat ou un diplôme d’études supérieures (maîtrise) en informatique, en technologies de l’information, en sécurité, en ingénierie, en mathématiques/statistiques, en économie, en analytique des affaires ou en administration des affaires.
- OU vous obtiendrez votre diplôme au printemps 2024 et vous travaillez actuellement à l’obtention d’un diplôme collégial en informatique, en technologies de l’information, en sécurité, en ingénierie, en mathématiques ou en statistiques.
