**Core Responsibilities**:

- Underwrite and value properties using Argus/MS Excel to create accurate financial models for income-producing properties and development projects
- Accurately generate supplemental materials to the financial models, such as investment summaries, maps, and presentations on a timely basis with exceptional attention to detail
- Analyze property information such as leases, rent rolls, property budgets, surveys, historical capital projects spend, and financing
- Assist with coordination during the due diligence process (engaging third parties, maintaining property information in an organized manner, coordinate site visits, and other ad hoc requests)
- Maintain an accurate record of investment opportunities that have been considered and/or executed on
- Assist with the financial analysis of potential dispositions, redevelopment opportunities, and other portfolio management analysis where required
- Develop market knowledge by attending conferences, meeting key industry professionals, collecting information on comparable sales, and reviewing/synthesizing market reports

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Relevant undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, economics, real estate, mathematics, or accounting
- One to three years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, or investment banking (capital markets/brokerage)
- Professional proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Completed or in progress Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and proficiency in Argus Enterprise are desirable
- Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple competing deadlines. Strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with an ability to work collaboratively
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- A keen interest in the industrial asset class and enthusiasm for its future
