White Paper Office Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Truck Driver and Warehouse Worker in a bilingual setting. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely transportation of goods while maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Safely and efficiently operate company-owned trucks to transport goods to designated locations, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
- Maintain accurate records of goods transported, mileage covered, and fuel consumption.
- Assist in warehouse activities, including receiving, organizing, and storing goods.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
- Drivers will be given a set area and will be expected to route their days efficiently each morning based on that day’s delivery tickets.
- Drivers will be expected pack their own delivery trucks, and thus must be capable of lifting 50+ lbs. repeatedly throughout the course of the day.
- Drivers can expect to have dock drop deliveries and case-by-case inside deliveries which may include having to navigate narrow offices with supplied dollies. After a days’ worth of deliveries, drivers are expected to return to the warehouse, unload and clean their trucks, and time allotted, are expected to ensure their truck is maintained in a presentable manner.

**Qualifications**
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record. Class 3 an asset.
- Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal communication).
- Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Excellent knowledge of traffic and safety regulations & knowledge of Montreal
- Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with team members & clients
- Strong physical stamina, including the ability to lift and move heavy objects. (50 pounds+)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork and maintaining records.
- Solid organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Forklift certification or experience is a plus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Valid class 5 Quebec driver’s license with a minimum 2-3 year experience
Current drivers abstract
Able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly

Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with team members & clients
Forklift license is an asset

**Pay & Benefits**
Wage will depend on experience and skill level to be discussed at job interview
