Busser/host/hostess

At 180 Estate Winery we focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences to our guests. We’re a family owned and operated boutique winery located close to the Jordan Village, specializing in small batch, hand-crafted wines. Our bistro and outdoor patio sits amongst the vines, offering our customers friendly, personalized service, great casual fare and an exceptional vineyard experience.

**Duties**:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Collect all dishes, cutlery, and glasses
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Help coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience

**Experience**:

- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus

This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the food industry, providing valuable experience in customer interaction and restaurant operations.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $15.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
