**The Bradley Retirement Living, beautifully designed and meticulously managed Brightwater Independent Living senior community, is seeking a Bus Driver. We are proud to offer the highest quality in health support services and a staff that truly cares for our residents. **Position Summary**:
Drive community bus and other vehicles to and from required destinations safely and according to schedule.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Maintain resident, employee, and community information in strict confidence (with community management or other employees as necessary).
- Assist in planning and implementing schedule for community bus or other vehicles.
- Drive community bus and other vehicles to and from required destinations safely and according to schedule.
- Promptly report any concerns regarding safe and proper functioning of bus or other vehicles to Maintenance Manager.
- Assure interiors of bus or other vehicles are neat and clean.
**Qualifications**:
- Obtain authorization from Brightwater to drive company bus/vehicles.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements.
- Maintain CPR and first aid certification.
- Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.
