The opportunity:
Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, you will be providing virtual counselling services for TELUS Health's Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Telephonic or video modalities.

What you will do:

- Provide short-term counselling to a diverse set of clients dealing with various issues, within the terms and conditions of the client’s EAP;
- Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by TELUS Health's clinical models.

Who we are looking for:

- Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or Indigenous Social Work;
- In good standing with College or Association of Social Workers or College of Psychologists;
- Post-masters counselling experience;
- Ability to set short term objectives and use a solution focused approach;
- Ability to clinically manage high-risk cases;
- Ability to handle a large volume of clients.
