**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Safely operate a bus on designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the bus.
- Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any changes or delays.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, as well as addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly to ensure vehicle safety.
- Keep accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and incidents that may occur during transit.
**Requirements**:
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for bus operation. Class 2E or better.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance checks on the vehicle.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards passengers.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
- Previous experience in commercial driving is preferred but not mandatory.

Expected hours: 4 - 60 per week

- driving: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver's class 2 or 1 License (required)
