We are currently looking for a Leasing Agent to fill a permanent DAY position from Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) at our residence Le Vivalis, located in Pointe-Claire.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the incumbent is responsible for the rental of residence apartments and the sale of personalized services to a clientele of retired individuals. The incumbent is responsible for meeting specific sales goals, expanding the customer base through networking and prospecting for new business opportunities, and participating in activities to promote what makes the residence unique.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the ambassador for both future residents and our current residents;
- Solicit and attract new residents;
- Retain our residents by developing a close relationship with them;
- Promote a resident experience centered on their needs;
- To be present with families and residents in order to offer them peace of mind and a daily life that allows them to live their passion and participate in social activities;
- To promote the living environment we offer to seniors in our community;
- Optimize the rental of the residence's units and maximize revenues;
- Drafting leases and renewing them.

**Requirements**:

- DEC in marketing, DEP in sales or equivalent;
- 3 years experience, including 2 years in sales of services;
- Analytical and persuasive skills;
- Ability to listen to customers' needs;
- Customer service orientation;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools;
- Bilingualism French / English.
