**Cleaning Subcontractors Required for**:

- **Downtown Ottawa**
- **Central Ottawa**
- **Orleans**
- **Barrhaven**
- **Kanata**

Domus has been in operation for over 50 years with more than 500 employees in multiple provinces and has an excellent reputation as a janitorial services provider.

**Competitive Hourly Rates of $17.00 - $22.00 per hour to start**
- **Various Shifts**:

- **Various Days per week**

**Security checks of various types will be required.**

**As a valid subcontractor you must have**:

- A valid business registration number
- A GST number
- WSIB coverage
- Third Party Legal Liability Insurance
- Experience in commercial cleaning including:

- Light/Heavy-duty cleaning
- Stripping & Waxing
- Carpet Extraction
- Machine experience such as:

- Auto Scrubbers
- Burnishers
- Walk Behinds
- Ride Ons

**Criteria**:

- Have and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment (as required)
- Maintain contact with Operations/Site/Road Manager of status and any issues that might arise
- Complete duties as per instructions within allotted time
- Follow any protocols (such as Covid 19) as required
