Commission Consultant

Appliance Canada is looking to expand our Commission Sales Team in our Ottawa store at 1560 Merivale Road. We provide ongoing product training and support and a three month paid training program in an effort to provide the best product knowledge and customer service to our clients.

Job Duties

Responsibilities Include:

- Actively engage customers, providing the highest level of service.
- Manage and develop customer relationships and leads through walk-in and virtual/phone methods of communication.
- Supporting the store team to achieve both individual and team goals.
- Ensure accuracy with Client detail, transactions, inventory and procedures.
- Awareness of promotional programs/rebates to bring the best offers to our customers.
- Participate in all vendor training both on and off-site
- Achieve monthly, quarterly sales quotas and employment objectives.

Key Attributes:

- 1-3 years of sales experience, Appliance industry preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Energetic and out-going
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to solve problems
- Organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
