**Shifts**:Day Shift (Monday to Friday: 6:30am-3:00pm)

**Must be flexible to work all shifts. Determined shifts are straight shifts**

**Probation Wage**: $23.40

**Probation Completion Wage**: $24.92

**One Year Wage**: $26.23

**Stainless Steel Finisher - Key Responsibilities**:

- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (or the “Act”) and the regulations; use or wear the equipment, protective devices or clothing that Mott requires to be used or worn; report to the Supervisor the absence or defect in any equipment or protective device of which the worker is aware and which may endanger themselves or another worker; and report to the Supervisor any contravention of the Act or the regulations or the existence of any hazard of which the worker is aware
- Metal finish inside corners, outside corners and welded seams
- Finish metal product using various power tools such as right angle grinders, pencil grinders, flap wheels, and grey wheels
- Finish metal product using manual tools such as sanding blocks and grey cloths
- Finish metal product using acid wash
- Perform #4 metal finish
- Spray adhesive glue and sound deadener onto product
- Operate the H press to make sinks
- Package finished product for shipment
- Perform other duties as required

**Skills & Experience**:

- Medium level of product knowledge
- Basic math skills
- Good organizational skills
- Medium level of dexterity
- Physically fit for heavy lifting of >35 lbs
