Century Casino is looking for a Food and Beverage Promotions and Events Coordinator that to provide exciting and energized game day experiences in our brand new _**Century Sports Bar and Lounge at Century Casino Edmonton**_.

**Your responsibilities as the Food and Beverage Promotions and Events Coordinator** **in our NEW Sports Bar, will be**:

- Growing the outlet through guest interaction, special events and giveaways coupled with hands on operation
- Work with your Casino partners to create special events based around sporting events
- Identify ways to improve guest experiences to encourage guest loyalty
- Effective communication with guests, peers and Management
- A natural leader who can handle all situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner
- Aware and informed of all events and opportunities in the market, determining content for all screens.

**What you Bring**:

- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to be enthusiastic, friendly, efficient, polite, patient and reliable, comfortable with public speaking
- Minimum two years of experience in the F&B, guest services and hospitality industry are an asset (one year in a leadership role)
- Schedule flexibility including nights and weekends required
- A strategic thinker and multi-tasker who can maximize customer service experiences
- Operate with the highest levels of ntegrity and honesty
