EDC est une société leader dans la fabrication des portes energétiques pour comptoirs réfrigérés. Elle est engagée dans l'excellence opérationnelle et la recherche continue d'efficacité dans ses processus de production. Dans le cadre de notre engagement envers l'amélioration continue, nous recherchons un stagiaire motivé pour nous soutenir dans l'implémentation de cartes Kanban au sein de notre organisation.

**Position**: Stagiaire en Implémentation de Cartes Kanban

**Localisation**: 295, Blvd Pierre Le Gardeur, Repentigny (Québec), J5Z 3A7

**Durée**: Flexible

**Description du Poste**:
En tant que stagiaire en implémentation de cartes Kanban, vous serez intégré(e) à notre équipe de production et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le département des achats. Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Établir les paramètres nécessaires à la mise en place efficace des cartes Kanban.
- Définir les règles de réapprovisionnement, en tenant compte de la provenance des matériaux, des délais de livraison, des niveaux minimums requis, de l'utilisation prévue, des prévisions de demande et de l'historique des flux.
- Créer et mettre en place les cartes Kanban pour les différents flux de production.
- Piloter le projet d'implémentation des cartes Kanban, en coordonnant les efforts de l'équipe de production et du département des achats.
- Bâtir un processus d'audit pour soutenir l'initiative Kanban, permettant d'évaluer régulièrement l'efficacité du système mis en place et d'identifier les opportunités d'amélioration continue.

**Qualifications Requises**:

- Étudiant(e) en **Gestion des Opérations/Supply Chain ou en Gestion des projets, ou dans une branche similaire.**:

- Intérêt marqué pour l'amélioration continue des processus opérationnels.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer efficacement avec différents départements.
- Fortes compétences analytiques et capacité à résoudre des problèmes de manière structurée.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Excel, Word, et éventuellement des logiciels de gestion de projet.
- Une première expérience dans un environnement de production ou de gestion des opérations serait un atout.
