Mativ is a global supplier of bonding solutions and manufacturer of adhesive-based products for the Healthcare and Industrial markets. Our Renfrew Site has a **one-year temporary contract** for an Accounting Administrator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Report directly to the Sr. Financial and Reporting Manager and provide support with day-to-day duties, special projects and workflow process improvements.
- Management of site petty cash
- Daily bank account reconciliation for accuracy/validity of transaction
- Assist with weekly payment run by matching invoices with backup documents.
- Process monthly recurring journal entries
- Prepare month end balance sheet reconciliations

**Requirements**:

- Completion of Business / Accounting college diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Highly organized individual
- Immaculate attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions, both oral and written
- Positive attitude
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office is preferred; _**with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel**_
- Pay will be commensurate with experience and schooling level

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
