Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and grinding
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
- Select and install cutting tools, fixtures, and machine accessories according to job requirements
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Troubleshoot issues with machines or tooling and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet production goals

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software for programming CNC machines
- Strong knowledge of machining principles, including blueprint reading and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Familiarity with a variety of machining equipment such as milling machines, lathes, grinders, etc.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Solid understanding of CNC programming languages (G-code) and experience with CNC controls
- Experience with SolidWorks or other 3D modeling software is preferred
- Welding experience is a plus
