**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Casa Directress to join our team. The Casa Directress will play a pivotal role in creating a supportive and engaging classroom environment that encourages the intellectual, emotional, and social development of our students aged 2.5 to 6 years old. If you are enthusiastic about the Montessori approach and have the skills and commitment to guide children through their formative years, we would love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement the Montessori philosophy and curriculum effectively within the Casa (2.5-6) age group.
- Foster an atmosphere of respect, independence, and curiosity within the classroom.
- Prepare and maintain a well-organized and stimulating Montessori environment.
- Observe and assess each child’s individual progress and tailor lessons accordingly.
- Guide and support children in developing practical life skills, social skills, and academic skills.
- Provide a safe and nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes positive behavior and conflict resolution.
- Maintain open and regular communication with parents regarding their child’s development and progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Montessori Casa Directress Certification from an accredited Montessori training center.
- Previous experience working as a Casa Directress in a Montessori environment is preferred.
- Passion for and deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
