Logistics Coordinator/dispatcher

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate local and highway operators to ensure efficient and profitable operations, while providing top-tier customer service.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and customers based on market trends and fluctuating costs.
- Relaying information between customers and operators to ensure a streamlined operation.
- Assisting operators with roadside breakdowns, and reducing downtime
- Order Entry
- Utilizing load boards to fill gaps in capacity.
- Manifesting orders into ACE/ACI portals and communicating with Customs Brokers to ensure timely processing of orders.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of Cross Border Dispatch Experience
- Knowledge of DOT rules and Regulations
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Understanding of Canada and USA Geography
- Geographic Experience
Pay: $46,794.00-$50,022.00 per year
