Concrete Former

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Form Setter and laborer to join our team. As a Concrete Form setter and laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation, renovation, and restoration of concrete structures. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation and setup of concrete forms
- Pour and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and finish surfaces using trowels or other hand tools
- Assist with the installation of rebar or wire mesh for added strength
- Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate placement of concrete
- Perform basic carpentry tasks related to concrete construction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in concrete installation
- Knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Basic mechanical knowledge for operating tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Has access to vehicle or ability to get themselves to and from drop ride share area in hamilton.
