We are seeking a talented and creative Wedding Videographer to join our esteemed wedding photography and videography agency. As a leading provider of premium wedding services, we strive to capture the most memorable moments for our clients and deliver exceptional visual storytelling. We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about creating captivating wedding videos that will be cherished for a lifetime.

**Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality, cinematic footage of weddings, including pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception events, ensuring exceptional composition, lighting, and sound.
- Collaborate with the wedding photography team to ensure seamless coordination and capture complementary visuals.
- Utilize a range of professional equipment, such as cameras, lenses, stabilizers, and audio recording devices, to capture stunning footage.
- Conduct pre-wedding consultations with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and specific requirements for the video.
- Plan and organize shots, sequences, and logistics in advance to ensure smooth workflow during the wedding day.
- Edit and post-process footage using industry-standard video editing software, ensuring a consistent style and high-quality final product.
- Incorporate music, voiceovers, and other creative elements to enhance the emotional impact of the wedding videos.
- Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring proper functionality, cleanliness, and organization.
- Ensure compliance with copyright laws and obtain necessary permissions for using licensed music or other copyrighted materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a wedding videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in operating professional-grade cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, stabilizers, and audio recording devices.
- Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Excellent knowledge of composition, lighting, and sound principles to capture visually appealing and emotionally engaging footage.
- Strong understanding of storytelling techniques and ability to translate emotions into a compelling narrative through video.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate wedding schedules.
- A creative mindset with a passion for exploring new ideas and pushing the boundaries of wedding videography.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Formal education or certification in videography, film production, or a related field is a benefit.
- Experience with aerial videography and the use of drones.
- Familiarity with color grading and color correction techniques.
- Knowledge of the wedding industry and trends.
