**Job Summary**

Seeking ticketed trades person with residential installation in either new construction or retro market.
- Daily work is fast paced and physically demanding; standing, bending kneeling and crouching for extended periods of time, lifting objects and completing repetitive tasks within dusty and noisy construction environments

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Key Duties**:

- Reading blueprints, drawings and instructions to plan and determine proper layouts
- Use of power tools & hand tools for installation and fabrication of ductwork and HVAC equipment
- Demonstrate strong work ethic by meeting project deadlines
- Communicate professionally with site staff, co-workers and customers
- Maintain communication with customers, site supervisors and management regarding job status
- Represent the company demonstrating quality workmanship
- Promote health and safety within the workplace
- Train apprentices providing solid leadership, support & resources
- Remaining current in the field, demonstrating continual growth
- Complete daily paperwork and timesheet requirements

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Key Skill Sets**:

- Must have one active 313A or 313D ticket
- Must have valid G Drivers Licence
- G2 ticket is an asset
- Must have strong planning, organizational and communication skills
- Must be self-directed and disciplined
- Must be physically capable of performing duties
- Positive attitude and outlook
