Your days will include:

- Prepare weekly livestock movement imports.
- Communicate with internal and external producers and respond to inquiries.
- Compile and distribute various reports.
- Enters data from various sources into appropriate systems.
- Weekly invoicing of sales and purchases according to legal agreements
- Prepares monthly reporting for review and analysis.
- Reconciles General Ledger accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.

**To succeed in this role, you must possess**:

- High School Diploma
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong Attention to detail
- A strong working knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis on Excel
- Organizational and time management skills
- Experience in data-entry and database systems
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Self-motivated

Expected hours: 40 per week
