We are looking for a Liquor Manager to help grow our Liquor Division.
- Manage and run a liquor store, under the direction of the Operations Manager.
- Order, stock, and merchandise products.
- Organize sales activities.
- Hire, coach and develop employees.
- Meet all standards in liquor retailing, including all applicable Government regulations as mandated by the AGLC.
- Meet all policy standards of Leduc Co-op, including OHS, HR, and Loss Prevention.
- Function as a liaison between our customers and suppliers.
- Strong people skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
- Must be creative and resourceful.
- Must be highly motivated.
- Must hold a valid driving license.
- Must be bondable, and must be ProServe Certified.
- High School or equivalent is necessary.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leduc, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Liquor Retail: 1 year (preferred)
