**Position Overview**:
We are on the search for an experienced Head of People & Culture who will be instrumental in doubling our tribe from 100 to 200 within the next year. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and is passionate about building a culture that scales.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Culture and Engagement**:

- Develop and refine a workplace culture that embodies our mission, especially as we scale rapidly.
- Lead initiatives to drive employee engagement, ensuring alignment with our growth trajectory.

**Leadership and Strategy**:

- Partner with executive leadership to craft HR strategies that support aggressive business expansion.
- Provide insights on organizational development and change management to facilitate our growth to 200 employees.

**Talent Acquisition and Development**:

- Enhance our global talent acquisition strategy to meet the demands of a rapidly scaling company.
- Innovate our learning and development offerings to support the growth of our employees and company.

**Performance and Talent Management**:

- Streamline the performance management process to align with our fast-paced expansion.
- Implement effective talent management strategies to support our growing team.

**HR Operations and Compliance**:

- Maintain the highest standards of compliance with international labor laws across diverse regions.
- Optimize HR operations for efficiency, scalability, and employee satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a high-growth company environment.
- Demonstrated ability to scale HR operations in a fast-paced and dynamic company, ideally having contributed to a growth phase from 100 to 200 employees or more.
- Comprehensive knowledge of international labor regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and people skills, capable of fostering a vibrant remote work culture.
